Phase 1: Getting the application, filling it out, and submitting it:


  1. Applicant(s) should come to the office between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to pick up the application.  You have the option to fill it out in the office or take it with you and fill it out elsewhere.  Note: If you plan on filling out the application at the leasing office, we recommend you bring your photo id and social security card with you (see step #2 for further details
  2. When application has been completely filled out and all applicants over 18 have signed, the application needs to be hand delivered by the applicant to the leasing office personnel.  Photo id and social security card for all applicants over 18 are required (we can make copies) for review prior to date/time stamping and numbering the application.
  3. The applicant will get a letter in the mail stating they have been put on the wait list.
  4. The office staff will run criminal/credit on all applicants in order by date and time received.

Phase 2: Once you have met the credit & criminal application criteria:


  1. The applicant(s) will be called to come in for a short interview.  At the time of the call than applicant(s) will be informed as to what documentation they need to bring with them to the interview.  This is going to be different for each applicant.
  2. At the time of the interview the applicants expected income will be preliminarily checked for eligibility and if it appears to be under the income limits at that time, you will be told to bring in their security deposit ASAP to hold a unit.
    Note: the applicant can also bring your money order or cashier’s check at that time to save an additional trip.
  3. The leasing agent will complete all third party requirements and send the file for approval once all income/assets have been verified and the file has been completed.
  4. Once approval has been received, the leasing office staff will call the applicant and offer them a unit.  At that time the applicant will be given the option of unit type and floor, based on availability.
