Do I qualify to rent an apartment?
Please review the “Income Restrictions” tab. If not sure if you meet the restrictions. Not sure about your credit. You are better off to apply. Our property manager will help you through the process and there is no cost. The earlier you get your application in the higher your priority is for picking the apartment you want.
What are the rental rates?

You are full, should I still apply?
You should get your name on the waiting list. Between military and unexpected moves there is a good chance that we will be contacting. The lower your number, the better the opportunity.
Where is parking?
There are 28 spaces dedicated to residents. In addition, overnight parking is available for free at the City’s JB Weis Lot and the Stone Street Lot.
